Arancini
**All our Arancini are produced by MAMMAMIA SRL establishment IT. They are blast chilled at negative temperature (-18 °) as food safety treatment according to Reg 852/04
**All our Arancini may contains Gluten, mustard, nuts, soy, peanuts, milk, eggs, sesame, celery, pistachios, fish, crustaceans, molluscs, as they are processed in the same factory.
Cooking Instruction: Make sure the product is completely thawed (+ 4 °), then heat 2 or 3 litres of vegetable oil on a deep pan up to a temperature of 170°-180° and soak the product for 6-8 minutes until a perfect golden brown is obtained.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. The product cannot be refrozen.
Storage Instruction: Store in the fridge (+4°) and consume within 72 hours
